Robert M. Stafford
Managing General Partner

Mr. Stafford co-founded Pacific Asset Partners in 1989 and currently serves as its Managing General Partner and Co-Chief Investment Officer. He brings over two decades of experience investing in public and private markets to the partnership’s investment process. Prior to joining Pacific Asset Partners, Mr. Stafford managed the San Francisco operations of Goldman Sachs, where he was responsible for both the fixed income and equity institutional sales departments. Previously, Mr. Stafford served as a financial analyst for Morgan Stanley. He earned an MBA from Stanford University and a BA in History from Princeton University. Mr. Stafford is also the President of Stafford Capital Management, a registered investment advisory firm.
